Dato’ Raymond [http://itpasia.edu/ooi-chong-seong/ Ooi Chong Seong] with  far more than a ten years of expertise inside the field of greater schooling, is recognised as a pioneer of non-public tertiary education in Malaysia. Before the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held many senior management positions, both in private and public firms and is recognised as a prominent member from the company neighborhood. 

He holds an Sophisticated Diploma in Business from the Association of Organization Executives (“ABE”), Uk and Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Advertising (“CIM”), Uk. He's also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his pioneering role in the field of higher schooling in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond [http://kolejlegenda.edu.my/ooi-chong-seong/ Ooi Chong Seong] was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also recently awarded the award of the “10 Ideal Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur” at the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
